- Responsible for follow-up on day-to-day technology issues and performing on So Cal Gas Legal Matter Management (LMM) technology project. Confidential was the external vendor for this project.
- For this project, since the vendor was responsible for system related deliverables, the BA role was also a Project Coordinator type of role include coordinating status meetings with vendor, produced status reports, distributed meeting minutes, followed-up and researched open issues until resolved, created folders/filing system on SharePoint for storing LMM project artifacts, reviewed and approved project documents received from the vendor and updated test guides and training guides.
- Stakeholders included: SCG in-house attorney’s, Law Dept. Office Manager, department staff and external vendors (TeamConnect, CompuLaw and Brillio).
- Responsible for working with external vendors for periodic system upgrades for: TeamConnect, CompuLaw and Legal Matter Mgmt. applications.
