Established and led a cross-functional team of development and IT operations SMEs, resulting in an average 94% decrease in page load times and an increase in concurrency from 100 to 500 users.
Implemented an agile discovery and definition process to identify candidate functionality, discuss requirements, create initial collateral, run discovery sessions, create epics, features, and product backlog items and provide a formal handover to development.
