My past projects are working as the principal consultant for a growing consulting company that is focused on Security Assessments, Disaster Recovery, High-Availability, HITECH/HIPAA compliance. My role was mainly Scrum Master but also Project Manager for these engagements and working with the sole owner to provide consulting services for clients in Colorado. Most projects have been ERP or EMR centered with some GE Centricity and PeopleSoft 9.1 applications. Led a team of approximately 5 Consultants focused on new implementations of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain modules version 9.1 and Cerner Millennium Point-of-Use Mobile . Contracted to provide business analysis and Agile project management for an application isolation project for a global client in Denver. Managed multiple technical and functional projects for our client. Directed 4 project resources which developed re uirements and technical specifications. The project used Ciber's methodology for the project which also met the re uirements for the client. I drove the development of project plans, estimates and monitored the project progress. The technical team was responsible for splitting off portions of the network so this had to be coordinated with global resources. Daily scrums were conducted to insure project was on track. I also conducted weekly status meetings with representatives from the client and Ciber. I managed the budget for the projects I managed. The budget was 500K for the Health Safety EHS application which was one project of many.
