Contracted to provide business analysis and Agile project management for an application isolation project for a global client in Denver. Managed multiple technical and functional projects for our client. Directed 4 project resources which developed re uirements and technical specifications. The project used Ciber's methodology for the project which also met the re uirements for the client. I drove the development of project plans, estimates and monitored the project progress. The technical team was responsible for splitting off portions of the network so this had to be coordinated with global resources. Daily scrums were conducted to insure project was on track.
