The solution was to rewrite the application leveraging the .Net Platform and using object oriented design concepts and patterns. The final solution included 900,000 lines of C code in 250 assemblies and 150 SQL Stored Procedures.

- Completely redesigned backend database schema to a more efficient and manageable relational database model.
- Simplified and made more manageable the application's code base by using object oriented techniques and by implementing design patterns where applicable.
- Implemented ASP.Net web services to provide data access services across the corporate enterprise and to mobile devices running .Net compact framework applications.
- Redesigned the user interface using .Net GDI to give a more web like feel to the user. Also merged 4 systems Qual., Prod., Inv., Qual. Hold into a single common uniform interface for a more productive and flexible user experience.
- Provided a statistical reporting package using Crystal Reports.
- Developed a statistical graphics package utilizing ChartFX for .Net, providing users with an automated SPC analysis tool.

- Rewrote a legacy VB 6 application using VB.Net, used for field auditing. Utilized Crystal Reporting as well as SPC and graphical analysis. Integrated application with the Beverage Suite.
