- At Astellas, I was tasked to lead the data center migration from Chandler, AZ to Ashburn, VA in order to create a new global HR Environment in the same data center as their new global LMS system, which needs to be in a validated region. Once completed successfully, I assumed the role of the global infrastructure lead for the LMS project, focusing on user sign-on and validation and authentication procedures.

- At Takeda, I lead an HR Software Selection process for their new Global Confidential . My team gathered the requirements for the new application and translated these requirements into Use Cases for vendor demonstrations. I prepared a feasibility studies on several options for the client’s needs and wrote the RFP document sent to bidding vendors and evaluated their responses, determining who would be invited for demonstrations. I managed the vendor demo process from preparation to execution and finally to feedback and scoring. My final task on the project was to compile a recommendation for presentation to their global HR Leadership for selection. This process included participation from SAP, Workday, Oracle and a few smaller products. Interface development lead for HR Regulatory reporting.
- At NBCU, I was responsible for lending expertise to the overall road mapping of the SAP HR project and future state of HR Technology. I also assumed responsibility for the testing program of the project and guided the client resources through the completion of this phase and through to Acceptance of the deliverables.
