Solely responsible for establishing the groups charter, mission, processes and procedures, and establishing formal project methodologies. - Managed an extensive Sharepoint migration project (13 content databases, 4,000 + sites) for a Confidential client (SP2013 to SP Online), consisting of 13 sprints, spanning 9 months. Responsible for developing and managing the master plan, daily standups and multiple weekly stakeholder meetings, issues tracking / resolution / management, risk management and mitigation. Utilized MS Teams, MS Project, Mavenlink, Skype for Business.
- Managing multiple infrastructure and Sharepoint development projects for various Confidential clients. Responsible for daily/weekly client meetings, project plan development and management, issues tracking and resolution.
