  • In the role of Lead Conversion PM for Single Biller conversion, routinely met production deliverables and synchronized/updated the conversion project plan, and directed Command Center personnel in support activities.
  • As the owner of the Conversion Project plan for Oct/Nov production deliverables, oversaw 1003 tasks for more than 84 applications; directed conversion IR meetings to provide statuses for 1001 IRs; held accountable for program management for the 2014 Conversion to Vision FiOS, and included the conversion of the 2015 Single Biller Program for East Broadband accounts from RiBS to Vision. Single Biller converted a total of 16,420,696 customer accounts. In addition, shut down old legacy systems, eliminated corporate licensing costs, improved bill quality, and reduced customer call in rates. Single Biller conversion enabled $106M annualized savings
