  • Served as the IT Program Manager liaison between Confidential, Workday and third - party implementer IBM to manage the replacement of PeopleSoft Financials with the implementation of Workday Financials for a Phase 1 implementation on January 01, 2021. This Workday implementation consisted of rewriting the financial processes for the Cash Management, Business Assets, General Ledger, Procurement, Suppliers, Inventory, Capital Projects, Allocations, and Data Conversion areas as well as the integrations with the internal/external partners for each area and migrating them to the new Workday platform.
  • Served as the IT Program Manager liaison between Confidential and Workday to manage the replacement of Confidential University Learning processes with the implementation of Workday’s Learning platform.
  • Served as the IT Program Manager liaison between Confidential and Workday to manage the replacement of TALEO Recruiting with the implementation of Workday Recruiting. This implementation consisted of two phases: Phase 1 - replacement of Confidential ’s JOB POST system with the implementation of Workday Career Connect (Internal Recruiting), and Phase 2 - replacement of Taleo Recruiting the implementation of Workday Recruiting.
