  • Disaster Recovery Project Manager for the data center project of the applications migration from Confidential Capital Retail data centers to the Confidential spin-off Confidential Financial data centers (data center DR plans and application DR plans)
  • Project Manager for the build-out of a new application services provided Data Center facility for ADP. I selected the subcontractors for the provisioning of the physical requirements of the new data center (e.g., data center build-out, HVAC, electrical, data cabling, equipment cabinet/racks, etc.). In addition, I selected the moving vendor and personally supervised the equipment move from a data center in Michigan down to the new location in Alpharetta, GA, to “seed” systems for the new data center. Systems for (3) production payroll clients (Fortune 100 companies) were moved.
  • Project Manager for the high-level systems infrastructure architecture design and implementation of ADP’s Enterprise HRMS/Payroll application in an ASP Data Center environment. This is a web-enabled Java software application, which runs in an N-tier infrastructure. The Data Center LAN infrastructure consisted of Cisco networking systems (i.e., routers, switches, PIX firewalls, NetRanger Intrusion Detection System), EMC Symmetrix SAN with a Connectrix fabric switch, IBM xSeries Windows application servers, Sun Solaris (Unix) Oracle database servers (Sunfire E-series), and both iPlanet and IIS web servers.
  • Designed, implemented, and managed, for S1 an $11M Data Center for the development and support of a client-server Internet banking application written in C++ using Informix RDBMS on IBM AIX and HP/UX Unix servers and utilizing Cisco LAN networking systems.
