  • The Capstone Project was to create an Android application to select and track the buses on campus. In order to do this, we would need to track the buses on campus and relay that data to a database and then retrieve the data from the Android application.
  • I was responsible for creating the tracking device that would be located on the buses.
  • I used an Arduino Uno, FONA 808 and GPS antenna to make up the tracking device.
  • The unit was programmed in C and I used the Arduino SDK to program the Arduino Uno.
  • Read in GPS coordinates and sent the coordinates, heading and a given bus identification number to a Parse Database.
  • Once I finished the tracking unit I worked on the Android application and used Android Studios and Java as the language.
  • I was responsible for assigning a specified numbered icon to each individual bus, therefore the buses could be identified.

  • The project was to create a Confidential that we could withdraw, deposit and check balances for a specified account.
  • My responsibility was mainly Team Leader.
  • I created a Gantt Chart for our team and assigned responsibilities.
  • The project was programmed in Java.
  • We created a user interface with buttons for numbers, create account and exit the program.
  • When a new account is created a .txt file is created and a list of withdraws and deposits is created along with the current balance.

  • I am currently in the process of creating my own website that displays my interest and projects that I have been a part of.
  • The purpose of the website is to show my abilities in HTML and to display what I have done in software development to date.
  • I used HTML and TextEdit to create the main, contact, project, about and blog pages.
  • The main page has a top bar that navigates to all the other pages and the main page which is named Home.
  • The contact page displays my email address and a top bar to navigate to the other pages.
  • The project page currently has a couple projects that I have been a part of too date.
  • The about page shows my resume’ and the blog page has text entries.
  • I am hoping to get the site up soon.
  • I have been working in both Swift and Objective C to create mobile application in the iOS environment.
  • A couple of applications that I have created were a game, camera app and Bluetooth app.
  • The game application used the single view starter project in Xcode and the SpriteKit development.
  • I used my own graphics to create the game application.
  • The game application was a side scrolling game and the objective was to jump from one floating rock to another without falling into lava.
  • The camera app was a basic app that used a single view and had buttons to access the camera and photo library.
  • The objective of the camera app was to figure out how to access different parts of the iOS device.
  • The Bluetooth application is in the early stages because I am currently reading documentation on how to set up the application. The application is used as the Central device and Peripherals are the devices that information is received from. There is a lot of information that I still need to go over in order to set up the basis of the application.
