RIT LOB is a BUIT that deals with all the applications in Microsoft that fall under HR, Legal, Finance and Facilities. Due to the Trustworthy Computing initiative by Microsoft Corporation, all Shadow Applications applications that did not have a designated owner needed to be owned by a BUIT.
