- SPD Software Development Program A two year program provided by EDS to train software programmers. Included in the program is attending eight IBM courses on network implementation and support.
- SED Software Engineer Development Program. An eighteen month program provide by EDS where the candidate works as a customer site, followed by an intensive twelve-week course in computer programming, and finally serving as a software engineer.
