- I was hired as Project Manager for teh State of Idaho project which fell through a few weeks after accepting teh Project Manager’s position wif IBM. I was reassigned to implement teh HR ACCESS system, as teh project manager, to an international client (teh Goodyear Tire Company). Teh implementation covered a total of nine countries (USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Brazil, Columbia, Chile, Peru, and Argentina) nine currencies and three languages.
- I spearheaded teh creation of a two-week training session in Spanish. dis included teh coordination of developing training manuals in Spanish, teh establishment of a Spanish training region and teh allocation of Spanish instructors.
- But I could not commit to teh international travel, as my family life would has been adversely affected. Regretfully, I had to resign from IBM, but I did so under excellent terms.
