  • Brought on by Confidential for a 1st quarter push of new disclosures (backers), to current customers and then a rapid application development and implementation of those disclosures. This required knowledge of the SDLC to include waterfall and agile methodology. This also required a seamless transition from the old disclosures to the new, so business wouldn’t be affected for the customer and a hand off of the project to the maintenance and control teams could occur.   • This lead position was one of 3, on a Functional Project core leadership group tasked with working with 300 banks, on the pacific west coast, the new disclosures and then managing the project teams to complete the project for each bank. The team placed under my responsibility was given 65 of the 300 banks, more than 13 billion dollars in transactions and sales. Successfully, I lead the team to close and complete 64 of the 65 bank projects before the project deadline.

Smart Grid Installations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managed deployment teams, those teams were the meter installers who were on the ground, physically installing the smart grid technologies. Managed deployment supervisors while helping them to map out efficient routes for the techs, trouble shoot issues, assisted in maintenance, tracking, reporting and resolution of issues and action items for the teams. Built a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP or FTP) site to house and store reports, while merging that data into SharePoint sites or onto Primavera (similar to MS project) to track the project.
  • Fully managed our vendor’s performance and held them to scope while evaluating contract language with Confidential ’s General Counsel. This was to ensure that our vendors were staying on track with the Smart Grid installations plan and performing their tasks within the language of the contract set forth and agreed upon. This was to further ensure there weren’t any time, resource, safety, quality or monetary contractual violations during deployment and optimization of the Smart Grid technologies.
