Project was initially estimated by Middough at $200M and through my value engineering leadership, reduced $30M of project total installed cost without reducing the quality of the facility.
Reduced project completion time by 1 year through advanced project planning methodology and critical chain scheduling methods, working with and achieving buy-in by all project stakeholders. Customer required start-up in 2 years from initiation instead of 3 years normal scheduling time due to loss of ethylene oxide supply.

Created innovative thinking on many small projects thereby collectively achieving substantial cost savings for the annual capital program.
