Responsibilities:
- Worked with an Off-Shore development team in India to develop, test, and maintain production database for P6 environments (P6-EPPM - Web and Desk Top). Together, we established the use of Cloud Services for Primavera-Professional. This provided a more stable and secure means of accessing P6 data from both the Enterprise and Professional versions of P6
- We developed and established multiple databases for regional projects to better maintain security regional sector allowing us to establish and maintaining automated communication bi-directionally to the production database and each regional database. This allowed enterprise integration software to maintain simple connections between P6 data and other enterprise data stores. Alignment reduced unnecessary data traffic.
- Involved with multiple Confidential agile projects using Open Project to track Initial request, Epics, User Stories, Defects, Acceptance Testing, etc.
- Added value by creating two specific project control applications.
- Confidential - is an MS-Access based, multi-user Meeting Management tool designed to allow for consistent flow of meeting information to the appropriate meeting stakeholders. Application was designed to be functional even if the user was not able to obtain a stable, secure connection to the company servers or “shared” drives.
- Planner6 - an MS-Access based Planning tool, was designed to allow direct integration of project data from Confidential engineering software systems into P6. It became part of a system that reduced the time required detailing of project tasks creation in P6, based on historical models, from multiple days to less than 2 minutes.

Worked with ACE as Owners Rep’ to evaluate contractors’ P6 schedules for work performed at DOD facilities assigned to the Fort Worth District. Schedules would be evaluated against ACE “best practices”, ACE software interface requirements, DCMA14 specifications, CMP analysis, and construction “best practice” standards.

- Became part of the BE&K team as part of the team that scheduled and executed a new refinery construction project (about $1B) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, using P3. Involved managing and incorporating multiple contractors’ and vendors’ schedules.
- Prior to the conclusion of that project, was reassigned to the Birmingham office and performed qualitative and quantitative risk evaluations on diverse E-P-C projects ranging from $5mm projects.

Master Scheduler

- Joined the KAP team as they prepared for a refinery outage in El Segundo California.
- Took the individual plans for each piece of equipment from the estimating application and without error, quickly and seamlessly brought it into Primavera.
- Directed 3 schedulers and 6+ planners to integrate multiple systems and created an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple plants as part of a single maintenance outage. Responsibilities included constructability reviews with performing contractors and creating a flareless Shut-Down schedule.
