  • Responsible for the successful planning and execution of a new Corporate Marketing Data Mart.
  • Data acquisition scope included 6 core banking source systems and over 20,000 fields.
  • Collaborated with a maturing Data Governance department in adhering to existing and new policy, interpretation and exception requests.
  • An iterative software development model was used to break-down the scope into multiple work-streams. This resulted in a staggered schedule with SIT and UAT starting significantly sooner than a waterfall approach.
