The objective of this project is to integrate a process that would allow HSBC Card Services to accept Debit Card payments through a desk top applicatiogn. Collection and Customer care receive numerous requests on a daily basis from customer requesting the option to make a payment via their debit card. Care and Collection can only process Check-By-Phone or savings Accounts payment from customers through desktop application.

The objective of this project is to build process to assign Collection Product Indicators (CPI) and CPI Counters on FDR similar to those currently in production on Whirl. These CPI and CPI counters will separately track the number of times that an account has been placed on an Internal or External Hardship program respectively.

Description: This project is all for accounts in the Near Prime portfolio (NPMF) on the FDR database. The purpose of this project was to provide early warning report displaying FDR account with Credit balance $5000 (for which suspicious activity reports are required) this would ensure no oversights of large-item credit balances. It does not display items until credit balance has been present more than 6 months and the report will create on weekly basis.
