Responsibilities:

  • Managed The desktop delivery projects for Security, Network and End User Devices for 900 locations in North and South America, United Kingdom, Africa, and India
  • Managed the enterprise level upgrade of the Microsoft Office 365 platform and deploying each workstation without user downtime. The second phase included evaluating license levels to each segments need, downgrading where applicable to save $800,000 +/-
  • Managed the Second Factor Authentication project, which updated Microsoft's Tenant relationship. This allowed the enabling of the modern authentication to prevent phishing attacks, account breaches and brute force attacks.
  • Completed the project management, coordination, IT design and implementation for the Aruba NAC solution. This provided a single Radius- based security verification point for all wired and wireless networks, applications, IoT devices, contractor and guest networks. I managed the definition of network enforcement for consistent policy creation by type of device, who's using it and where it's being accessed.
  • Managed the enterprise level upgrade of the Windows 7 to Windows 10 project. The effort included upgrading the existing Active Directory to Windows Server 2016 for standardization with our UK partnered environment.   • Managed enterprise level capital Cisco UCCX upgrade projects spanning 7 different market regions throughout Ohio and Kentucky. This required a high level of coordination and communication without the benefit of any downtimes in a production environment.
  • Managed the enterprise level upgrade of the Windows XP to Windows 7 project. The full life cycle effort included creating a consolidated list of packaged and unpackaged applications for compatibility and standardization in this new environment. I managed a large team of desktop engineers, field service and network engineers in the packaging each application in the Microsoft SCCM platform and deploying each workstation without user downtime. The second phase included managing the security access controls for the hardware that wasn't compatible on this new platform at a network level.
  • Completed a capital acquisition project which comprised of 13 hospital's complete parallel infrastructure deployment and data center build. The build incorporated all new ISP circuits, Cisco switches, Client side server environment, Citrix environment, Deskside hardware, Cisco VoIP phones, Printers, Cisco wireless and End User software deployment. The overall timeline was completed in under 5 months .
  • Managed the Mercy Perrysburg expansion project with 3 new patient floors and an attached oncology linear accelerator. All beds come online simultaneously, including the pilot launch of the Epic MyChart and Room Status display system.
  • Completed the project management, coordination, IT design and implementation for the new enterprise wide data domain backup solution. This project involved managing all of the policies creation for the data retention for storage size for the Confidential enterprise.
