I was hired by UST Global INC to lead the vendor transition of their flagship account EQUIFAX in a managed service model due to my prior background working with Cognizant Technology Solutions. My role was to transition the IT operations Development, QA and O M and management in a managed service model to UST Global INC and to operationalize the service levels in accordance with the contract. In this role conducted the due diligence and managed the transition of IT operations Production Support, Development, and Quality Assurance into a managed service model in 14 weeks. Baselined the service levels and successfully delivered 3 major releases in an year post transition. Role: PMO Manager and Portfolio Manager

As a portfolio manager, I was responsible for handling EDI/EFT, DBA and environment teams. The most critical and complex project I managed as a portfolio manager is the 5010 remediation for Health Net Legacy to Informatica gateway , which is a predecessor for ICD10 implementation. As a PMO Manager, I was tasked with implementing an enterprise PMO for HealthNet. I came up with a transition plan working with stakeholders, identified the current state and came up with a roadmap and moved into an enterprise model in 12 months. We took over the end-to-end IT operation in a managed service deal for Health Net INC. There were 25 application groups and were following separate project execution and reporting process. Post transition we were able to streamline the project intake, project execution SDLC processes, reporting Project status, Joint management meetings, Project governance , forecasting Resource optimization and Revenue forecast and the financial process.
