  • Managed an onsite(12+ member)/offshore(22+ member) delivery team involving cross-functional coordination across various TFS business units including Product Operations, Sales Operations & Planning, Info Security, Compliance and Release Management.
  • Managed and coordinated technical efforts across several Enterprise-level IT teams including IBM Mainframe, TIBCO and a dealer-facing web application called Dealer Daily.
