I am a Project Manager and Sr. Business Analyst Lead for Confidential, managing the Confidential Suite production applications across multiple lines of insurance and business groups.
I have over 20 years of combined IT Management, Business and Technical experience.
I lead a cross team of Developers, QA Staff and Business Analysts, both on shore and off shore, in all aspects of the SDLC.

I was part of the Confidential Business Analyst team and in that time I worked on several multi/line multi state implementations of Policy Admin systems including Rapid Implementations for Speed to Market.

I have served as the Business Analyst Lead and overall Team Lead on multiple top rated client projects.

As a Team Leader and then Manager my duties included recruitment, interviewing, training, supervision and career building for staff of 15 direct reports and over 150 in a matrix environment.
I supervised both onshore and offshore teams.
In addition to direct supervision, I was in charge of delivering summary project reports, goals and key initiatives to the Executive level.
The last two years of my employment with Confidential was in the role of Project Manager. In that role I worked with management teams and project experts to define project scope and provide documentation for Requirement Gathering, Design, Program, Test, Implementation, and User Training.
I delivered various technical projects on time and on budget by utilizing PMI’s project management methodologies and solid analytical problem solving skills in project methodology as well as demonstrated experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
One of my most memorable achievements was leading a pilot program charged with modernizing Confidential ’s legacy systems which successfully cut twenty percent in CPU time, translating into an annual savings of two million dollars.
