- Contracted to provide Agile Coaching and Transition for their team of nearly 100 members, most who received basic scrum training prior to me.
- Identified most didn’t get the training due to irrelevant applicability with their environments and proceeded to teach using a recent end project most knew, the breakdown for PI, and scrum intervals, with MVP at the end of each sprint.
