  • Totally responsible for the Integrated Billing program. Redesigned data flows and business operations to feed new, advanced fee calculation product with all invoicing done through Oracle A/R. Prior system had 5 legacy products each producing inaccurate, redundant invoicing, and requiring an office of 120 FTEs to check accuracy of invoicing. This office was closed as invoicing became accurate, with thousands fewer invoices per month sent to clients. Spend: $5.3MM.
