• Served as Information Assurance Manager, responsible for assessing and improving the Department of Veterans Affairs IT cyber security posture. This role is tasked with ensuring all systems are implementing the appropriate cyber security controls to protect the confidentiality of VA data and to prevent unauthorized access. As the program support lead, responsible for the development and delivery of a continuous monitoring platform, that measures, reports, and remediates cyber security metrics across the VA enterprise 400,000 users/700,000 devices . This dashboard/reporting tool was built using the IBM Endpoint Manager BigFix platform and has interfaces with SolarWinds, Remedy, and the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance GRC systems deployed by the VA.
