Program Manager Windows Intune

• Program Manager for Beta TAP Technical Adoption Program in the Windows Intune team. Intune managed a company's client machines from the cloud from policy to security.
• Defined private customer programs working directly with the product team to impact the product direction before going public. Recruited 20-30 customers to participate. Facilitated customer research to validate product direction. Architected Beta plan for continuous releases and feature validation with a private set of customers.
• Program Manager Forefront Server Client Security

Responsible for defining scope, getting buyoff, UI/functional design, and driving release to our user base.
• Ran a smaller product team within MSN Messenger to deploy a feature for a reality TV show, Rock Star. Under tight timelines we deployed the features on time while working with external contractors to help with the workload. Represented MSN Messenger to the show's producers and gave large presentations on the software solutions provided for the show.
• Drove a new and highly visible area for MSN Messenger to integrate partners into the client. Defined goals and executed on them across teams to make the program a success. Built the program from the ground up to enable integration of numerous partners. Defined process, wrote documents for external distribution, and evangelized the technology to sales, marketing, product teams, and external partners.
