AD/LDAP typically serve as a “source of truth” for user identities and provides access control to on-premises resources such as networks, file servers, and web applications. When on-premises, applications are integrated with Active Directory or LDAP, it is users who are gaining teh best possible experience, as they log in to their domain once, and are granted access to teh appropriate resources. Load balancing provides incoming traffic among servers hosting teh same application content, and prevents any application server from becoming a single point of failure, thus improving overall application availability and responsiveness. For example, load balancing TEMPhas provided me to manage my projects more efficiently because whenever one application server TEMPhas become unavailable, teh load balancer simply directs all new application requests to another available server in teh pool. It is used with Application Directory Controller (ADC), and TEMPhas allowed me to work on primary buildings, or Data Center power downs, Disaster Recovery efforts, Government compliances, etc
