ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Responsible for multiple simultaneous technology projects cradle to grave . Migration of midrange applications from isolated, dedicated to the virtualized, shared and elastic environment within the Sunrise Initiative and New BAC initiative.
  • Within the project's life span supervised and coordinated with internal and external vendors, to facilitate the transformation/migration of 70 of Bank of America's s physical servers to elastic compute virtualization .

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

  • Communicate/collaborate strategy and goals across CTO and CIO teams through regular project status meetings.
  • Maintained and managed budget and cost breakdown for BOA initiatives Sunrise and New BAC , budgets of 4.5MM and 400MM. Responsible for tracking all spend, capital expenditures, depreciation, etc.

  • Managed platform migration of approximately 450 servers, during 12 month period. Responsibilities included decommission of old, outdated servers, upgrade of Operating System, acquisition of storage SAN and NAS .
