- Formed and led Network Operations Center NOC startup staff of engineers. Interviewed and hired technical personnel, ensured that they went through appropriate training and oversaw their work. Once core group was established, then subject matter experts SMEs were added to support specific needs.
- Finalized facility construction phase at Pearl Harbor NOC. Worked with multiple contractors and different scenarios every day. The server farm had to be installed quickly, in an historic building, with challenging room configuration and HVAC system.
