Project Manager
As project manager my primary goal was to to manage billing, accounting and tax projects for First Advantage, a 70 million dollar background screening company. The projects were primarily java, javascript and SQL Server.
Another project during this time was to analyze both SBS and Advantage Direct products for PCI credit card compliance due to new requirements from credit reporting agencies.
Lead Developer SBS
As lead developer I analyzed and developed plans to merge other background screening companies acquired by FADV onto the SBS platform. Over the span of two years I assisted in merging over 8 million dollars of acquired revenue onto the SBS platform with a client retention rate of over 90 .
Performed extensive gap analysis between the acquired businesses and the SBS platform, and modified the SBS platform where necessary to handle the incoming business models
