Responsibilities:

5-7 years of Confidential Infrastructure workstream management
Proven experience in managing Confidential infrastructure workstreams that consists of network, server, database, communication and collaboration, End user computing scope
Ability to handle multiple Confidential infrastructure workstreams in parallel. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
Lead and evaluate project managers works under when multiple sub workstreams are involved in a Confidential program
Ability to handle the on-fly scope changes, work through priorities, planning resource requirements, Highlighting associated risks to both internal and client side
Confidence to stand up to challenges, say no when expectations are unrealistic, or to help set realistic expectations.
Demonstrated skills with a focus on leading through ambiguity and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Ability to understand and translate business requirements to appropriate technical streams
Work alongside the Confidential COE Team to develop and enhance processes and procedures and to provide a long-term view of Confidential activity and potential impact to resourcing requirements
Defines and discerns key aspects of the business requirement and develops an integrated project plan while adhering to the Confidential Playbook.

10-15 years of IT and business/industry work experience with strong infrastructure background
Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management
Ability to work across multiple countries and groups to set direction, build consensus and solve problems. Ability to travel internationally
Demonstrated experience with leading complex change initiatives, multi-faceted environment.
Ability to accomplish results through lower level supervisors, vendor and/or professional employees.
Experience with off-shore delivery models
Develop and control deadlines, workstream budgets and activities
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Customer satisfaction. Project quality audit
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project, Clarizen etc.) is a strong advantage
Performs work that is complex and varied in nature.
Ability to work successfully in both a team environment and independently.
Effectively participate in a virtual, globally, diverse, distributed team.
Broad understanding of how technology impacts business
Able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends as required.

Ability to apply multiple technologies to business problems.
Demonstrated project leadership ability.
Mentor new or less experienced project managers.
Knowledge or experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, configuration)
