  • I drove 2 primary aspects of the company. Internally, I updated engineering infrastructure, release planning and product quality to improve our products.
  • Externally, I worked with customers as a Product Owner / Manager to ensure that our products met and surpassed the customer need and provided the highest value.

  • As a software program manager, I worked with engineering and with cross functional staff to put systems in place that enabled a daily build, test, release and deployment cycle which greatly improved product quality and delivery.
  • I created and managed systems and processes for continuous software release and deployment. A complete software build was produced daily for the various software threads, which were then subjected to an intensive QA cycle of automated and manual testing. Customer facing staff were required to verify defect fixes for each build.

The automated testing was incorporated with the build process and the manual QA processes so that a complete, fully verified build could be produced and ready to deploy each day.
