  • ICD-10 Upgrade and Testing: Managed a team of 5 Project Managers upgrading EPIC the EMR and multiple ancillary applications that interfaced with the EMR to provide completely paperless Medical Records for patients in the Network. These application required intensive investigation and testing in concert with each other and EPIC to ensure the billing information met CMS Centers for Medicare Medicaid Services requirements and provided maximized revenue recovery from Insurance Providers and Payers for procedures and care. We worked closely with the HL-7 and EDI engineer to ensure the messaging was correctly formatted to meet the CMS requirement. The program was completed successfully on time even in light of Congressional CMS agreement to defer the required completions date another year. This Program required regular interaction with Hospital Board Members as well as the CIO and CFO of the Network.
  • System Integrations/Migrations: Managed a team for the development and integration of 29 ancillary software applets for the merger of US Air and America West Airlines combining the best attributes of the two company's main management Life / Safety and Aircraft Utilization applications. This included the development of the project plan, SIT, UAT and final integration testing for these applets. Managed a project team within the Air Ops Maintenance Engineering group to merge the SCEPTER Management System with SABER for additional functionality.
  • Custom Software Developments: Managed a team of developers through the customization and deployment of Microsoft SharePoint enterprise wide. This project required HIPA and DOD systems support compliance for active duty military and family healthcare. This team performed the gap analysis to ascertain the condition of the legacy project and used this information to formulate a new direction and path to complete the deployment.   • Enterprise Implementations: Managed a team of internal and vendor engineers to implement 'Witness eQuality eBalance' for all of the Consumer Credit Group Lines of Business in 14 Corporate Call-Center locations. This project required the coordination of outages and after hour work installations to accomplish the required tasks without disruption of the normal daily business.
