Project Engineer Resume Profile

Capabilities and Talents

  • Associates offer accolades claiming that I could be dropped in a desert with nothing, organize the locals and build a pyramid. That clearly is a fanciful exaggeration but it summarizes a career of extraordinary accomplishments with a consistent pattern of getting it done, on time or better , under budget, innovatively, sometimes using methodologies and technologies never before attempted, always for gain. I've pulled positive revenue out of any situation and squeezed reward and benefit even out of seemingly unavoidable lose. Frankly, I'm the go to guy who gets the job done and exceeds the expectations.
  • An expert leader in any field with a talent for focus, planning, personnel management, and problem solving is a good description of my skillset. I study and understand the goal, formulate a plan of overall strategies and specific tactics, sell it to the staff who adopt it as their own, unabashedly and unapologetically implement it, vigorously pursue its progress, review its results, and modify it as necessary to expediently and expeditiously attain the desired conclusion. For me, this type of management and problem solving are habitual.
  • I've worked in many countries, cultures, industries, and disciplines. Even though trained as naval officer with an engineering foundation, I've worked mostly outside my background so I'll bring leadership, organizational and management talents to bear in any business arena. My management, leadership and organization are business talents all on their own, specific to no one business segment or culture but transferable to any. From building rockets to the moon to selling lady's shoes, if there is a way to do it better, I'll find it. If it can be structured and supervised, my wear with all will get it done.
  • Give me six weeks and I'll be as good as your best I'll be better yet in three months.
