20 years of Complex Program Project Management experience in global deliveries of SAP and other technology programs using Offshore, Waterfall SDLC, Agile / Scrum and Hybrid delivery framework in multi-vendor environment
Complex Program Management
Program Deliveries of 5M to 20M a year for Application Development, Testing, and Deployment: Lead large programs as well as multiple concurrent projects, project managers, and distributed delivery teams within the programs with overall responsibility for program planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
Financial Management: Business case, budget, and detail schedule development for programs of up to 50M
Resource Management: Build large resource pool of 100 skilled and competent professionals, including direct reports of 5 to 12, and manage their allocations to and performance in projects.
Project and Portfolio Management experience using Microsoft Project Server, Oracle Primavera, CA Clarity, HP Project and Portfolio Management PPM , Rally, and PlanView.
Agile Delivery: Lead and coach multiple Agile, Scrum, RUP, Extreme Programming teams, practice agile ceremonies, and create agile deliverables using Rally tool
Supplier Procurement and Integration: Issue RFP, evaluate proposals, negotiate solution/price, select vendor, onboard supplier, manage supplier deliverables and performance. Perform supplier integrator role.
Enterprise Program Management Office EPMO : Establish and manage new PMOs for running up to 50M IT portfolios. Define and implement program management tools, frameworks, and best practices. Coach development teams on SDLC and project management tools and procedures.
Business Development: Perform new business development of up to 10M a year includes proposal development, deal reviews, client presentations, negotiations, and deals closure.
