Successfully sold and delivered the prototype design for a PEO organization managing 450K WSE employees.
Enabled client tide over material weaknesses in the treasury function and provided deep visibility into the cost of delivery and profitability by client. Project entailed Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EPM, HCM, CoA and target operating model redesign.
The project will be delivered in two phases. In the first phase, Cloud Projects will be used to create the fundamentals for a PEO entity to manage operations and automate the cash collection and treasury functions.
The first phase also delivers a model to provide profitability analysis and cost of delivery by each contract and customer.
In the second phase, the fundamentals using the project centric design will be enhanced to migrate the WSE billing function from the PeopleSoft based bolt-on custom application to the standard features within Cloud Projects.

Worked closely with the deals team to understand the TSA and architected the strategy and approach for data, assets, and legal entity separations in the complex project-centric organization built around Oracle Projects.
My team was involved in the EBS separation for ECR (consisting of projects, financials, and procurement) and retrofitting the EBS integration with other business and engineering apps within the ecosystem.

I am also leading the Project Accounting Remediation project that will help Confidential to standardize WBS structure, firm up cross project allocation and cross charging across legal entities, lower the timecard to financials cycle from Oracle Time and Labor and enable project management features like programs, budgeting/forecasting etc. thereby helping Confidential to enhanced reporting using Oracle Projects Analytics.
As part of this project, PwC team is working to minimize customizations and replace controls, as needed through Oracle’s supported enhancements.
