Project Administrator Construction/ Excavation/Heavy Industrial

  • Perform regular collection, reconciliation, analysis and reporting of construction resource time and performance data in support of company civil construction operations
  • Compile employee and equipment time/production quantities from time sheets, tickets and reports
  • Code, reconcile, validate and report subcontractor and temp labor time

  • Develop, maintain and modify release to construction schedules in coordination with P6 Primavera summary schedules, for distribution to stakeholders/PMO, and for timely creation/submittal of electronic job packages for CPUC audit
  • Oversee creation, receipt, maintenance, use and disposition of electronic/hard copy records for pipeline safety enhancement and retrofit program
