As a Director I was in charge of all hiring, schedules, training, payroll, vendors, promotion, equipment and all aspects of teh daily routine and projects for all students PK- 8 for both Extended Care and CampFor teh Summer Camp we also had a program for CIT (Counselors in training) like a mentoring program for future Camp Counselors or teachers.
