Personal Career Summary

Business improvement goals have been the center of my career growth focus. My initial level of effort first came in development, design and implementation of IT communications infrastructures, spanning from end user desktops, data center, and security requirements to business focused applications. My goal was to participate as a key team player in business growth and provide consistency in reporting. This proved to be highly rewarding and executive dashboards kept key management apprised of operations tempo. To further expand my dedication to business improvements, I took a focus and excelled in process improvement in support of specific customer and corporate registration s as well as lean cost and management risk planning execution. Supporting these two key areas has been gratifying to see the vision of reduced resource effort, efficiency and increased tempo execution, with reduction to risk and cost management as well as new business awards. Completed transition three days early, and received high praise from the FAA customer for being flexible in accommodating their numerous task changes during the transition.
