- Responsible for day-to-day PeopleSoft ERP support including: NA Payroll, BenAdmin, ELM, eDevelopment, ePerformance, eRecruit, Resume-Mirror, UPK, Compensations and TAX compliance. Support responsibilities included tax updates, software patches, year-end processing (GL interfaces, W-2’s etc.), customizations, workflow modifications, new 3rd party benefit and other integrations.
- I also managed all external and internal vendor data integrations (over 75) for the PeopleSoft application (some utilizing Tumbleweed); including: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), Short-term Disability (STD), Pensions, Benefits Administration, 401K and Corporate Pensions.
- My responsibilities included oversight of 28+ core Corporate and Financial applications for Confidential including: PeopleSoft HCM / Payroll (ver. 8.8 / 9.1), Oracle Financials, various back-office systems/processes, SOX Compliance, legacy, COTS, ETL - INFORMATICA.
- I supported the core cost accounting application utilizing both Hyperion and ESSBASE (DBMS) in conjunction with INFORMATICA. The product was used to calculate internal costs by division and companies in order to properly chargeback and book costs by entity. The final accounting entries were also automated to the general ledger once the transactions were confirmed. The Hyperion solution included a reporting dashboard utilized by Finance to execute various financial reports. Successfully completed an upgrade to the server infrastructure along with newer versions of ESSBASE and Hyperion.

- Supported multiple versions of the FACETS claims and legacy surround system interfaces to the Corporate GL and Oracle Financials Provided technical support for all General Ledger interfaces and the Oracle Financials eBusiness Suite application ver. 11i (AR, AP, Budget, Fixed Asset modules). Responsible for all bank reconciliations, ACH processing, debit/credit card, refunds, cash and check processing for all subscribers, groups, providers and institutions. I was also responsible for all subscriber notification letters including EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) and other correspondence.
- Other responsibilities included support for all back-office Financial applications (Oracle eBusiness Suite vers 11.6), General Ledger, legacy applications that handle all Claims refunds, over-payments, cash-receipts, lock-box and bank-reconciliations. I also oversaw the integrations with the Feith COTS Accounts Payable Invoice Imaging and Expense Statement applications. I was also responsible for timely 1099 processing to all providers and institutions. I was responsible for all impacts and modifications related to HIPPA 5010 compliance. All changes were completed on time and on budget.
- I was assigned lead Technical Delivery Management responsibilities to deliver the new Corporate Contract Management application (from Ariba - SaaS solution) for Confidential when the lead consultant resource resigned. The project consisted of integrating processes with the Ariba COTS product working across multiple departments having complex integrations with various 3rd party COTS products and proprietary integration services.
- Responsible for several core Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications that monitor Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and mandated legal filings required by various government and insurance oversight entities. I participated in internal and external audits, often having to develop internal processes to comply with various audit findings.
