Program Manager, Health Care: As the PMO Manager for the State of Maryland Medicaid Enterprise Replacement Project MERP , led teams to manage the Integrated Master Schedule, develop Training for over 100 State users, support Quality Assurance and provide program documentation with a team of Tech Writers for this multi-year, 300 million project. Instrumental in moving the company to reach CMMI Level 3.

• Program Manager, Finance: For FAA, as a mid-level manager, directed the efforts for three subcontractor firms across two significant projects. The first developed custom application software for the Air Traffic Control Finance department. The second project updated Air Traffic Control facilities worldwide with new equipment.
• Program Manager, Health Care: As a Program Manager for NIH, managed a team of 25 IT and Health Care professionals in planning and installation of an Outpatient Pharmacy Management System. Acted as liaison with COTS product vendor, ScriptPro, in developing a detailed project plan and interpreting requirements. Directed test team, interfaces team, network and security support teams while learning Pharmacy terminology. Regular presentations to executive management.
• Program Manager, Health Care: As the Transition Manager for HHS/CDC/NIOSH, participated in the installation of a Claims Processing System for handling enrollment and medical claims for the World Trade Center survivors and responders. Acted as liaison between D.C. and Atlanta teams in coordinating the initial development activities and project plan prior to Go-Live. Mentored business analysts in development of program processes as well working with COTS product vendor, PLEXIS.
• Program Manager, Infrastructure: As the Migration Manager for DHS / ESDO Enterprise System Development Office , led a team to assess 30 applications and 150 servers to create a readiness plan for migration to DTaaS Dev/Test as a Service , CSC's new cloud offering. Worked closely with ESDO management to prepare a smooth transition.
• Project Manager, Infrastructure: As a Project Manager for GSA, led a leveraged team of tools engineers to deploy SNMP agents to 425 GSA servers which would centralize server status reporting and provide an alert mechanism for problems across the GSA network. Created a reporting portal, directed efforts to setup a Help Desk, and frequently presented to GSA management.
