- Understanding the job requirement me get from my Clients. Checking wif the clients if they already has any resumes for the specific req. me will be working on. Validating the requirement before posting on ITRM.
- Judging if the rate on the requirement is reasonable in the current market, duration of the project, so that me can decide on whether to work on it or not.
- The requirement posted on ITRM is assigned to the particular skill specialized recruiter from VLS. Following up wif the recruiter to get potential resume/s wif in the time frame specified.
- Once a resume is received from recruiter, screening the resume, talking to the candidate, screening him/her on the basics, and submitting to the client after confirming that the candidate is a correct match.
- Following up on every submission made to the client wif a phone call and or an email (through ITRM).
- If a client is interested in a specific candidate/s submitted and would like to talk to the candidate, making sure to inform the candidate in advance and making sure candidate has no pending interviews or confirmations.
