Corrected MRAs include redesign of TODO1's Business Continuity Plans BCPs , Data Center's Disaster Recovery DRP Plan, and data center back-up site. TODO1 received industry-standards certification from KPMG Advisory Services on redesigned BCPs and DRP. Achieved a reduction of disaster recovery period downtime from 48 hours to less than two hours.
  • Directed relocation's planning, and collaborated in executing, TODO1's collocated data center. This data center hosted TODO1's client web sites for online banking and communications links with each client bank's applications/data bases that fulfill online banking requests for customers. Performing team achieved relocation of data center to new hosting collocation facility, Terremark, with no impact to TODO1's online banking web sites and operations of any of its three client banks. Over 100 servers were physically relocated over a period of three weeks.
