Description:

This software manages all income service orders and dispatches Technicians to solve the problem on-site as well as the general ledger issues and billing matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in the System Design, Analysis, Implementation and database creation.
  • Generating the Database design using Erwin.
  • Using Oracle scripts to add / delete indexes, constraints, views, packages with the help of TOAD.
