Directed the successful design and construction of a 300M totally remote controlled terminal facility with 13 crude oil storage tanks containing over 7M bbls of storage with capability of measuring and delivering 55,000bbl/h.   • Directed the design of two ship docks on the Mississippi River, each capable of berthing 150,000 DWT crude vessels and 30,000 bbl barges. The greenfield dock design included a stand alone terminal control facility with ten helical turbine meters, four 16 loading arms, two provers and all of the ancillary infrastructure required for simultaneous ship and barge operations.
