  • Primary tasking is project management and direct support to the System, Communications, and Command and Control C2 lead engineers for the Taiwan Navy TN P3 Maritime Mission Support Center MMSC as well as support of the Lead System Engineer for the Pakistan Navy PN P3 Upgrade Program PUP Mission Support Center MSC . Roles and responsibilities include a variety of tasks with the majority in schedule and budget development, logistics, task organization and execution, and the monitoring of the overall health of the projects. As a meeting coordinator I provide weekly deliverables such as our Action Item Tracker which outline current tasks, schedule, risks, status of those risks and mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. These, along with other deliverables such as a Bill of Materials BoM and Procurement Status Sheets have been used for logistics functions, procurement planning and updating presentations for Program Management Reviews PMR . Logistics functions include, but are not limited to, the collection and processing of government/contractor travel documentation, material tracking, system installation abroad, and creation of Government deliverables for our foreign customers i.e. MSI . Procurement responsibilities include purchase planning, material research, proper documentation, creating vendor relationships, gathering quotes, delivery order D.O. contract development, submitting purchase orders, quality assurance, material tracking, and distribution. Provided logistics and installation assistance through material tracking and physical integration once system was delivered in country.   • As a Task Manager my prime responsibility was to supervise my team and the various government sponsors/projects they supported. This included monitoring project funding and task order Period of Performance PoP , approving time sheets, and task order Cost to Completes CTC . I was responsible for condensing and submitting internal team-related reports on a weekly and monthly basis. These reports contained technical and financial information which were used as deliverables by senior management provide our government customers. Day to day activities included meeting with my team and their individual project managers to make sure all requirements are being met. The team members themselves were frequently approached by myself to see if there were any requests they may have to make their jobs easier and more efficient. Each year I conducted personnel reviews with my team members to discuss the previous year's goals and the level of success in achieving those goals. Using an internal rating scale, we were able to measure their progress and reexamine their salary as deemed fit. Once the previous year had been reviewed, we would develop or modify the career path of that team member to make sure we take full advantage of their strengths while increasing their effectiveness in their weaker areas. Outside of the work place, I liked to get the whole team together every month or two to relax and not think about work. I believe it is important to see each other as an individual and not as the person in the next cube. It fosters strong team relationships and the desire to help one another when that time is needed.

Primary tasking is to provide financial support for FMS Precision Strike Weapons, PMA 201, Harpoon Missile, G3 Missile and Launch Divisions. Roles and responsibilities include preparation both manually and through Navy ERP submission and tracking of government funding documents and other related documentation for NAVAIR and its associated field activities. Developing and updating presentations for Program Management Reviews PMR , Financial Management Reviews FMR , and Case Reconciliation Reviews CRR which are presented to foreign military representatives. Tasking also includes developing spreadsheets and reports for government clients to assist in the future budgeting and tracking of both incoming and outgoing funding to their perspective field activities. Primary tasking was to provide hardware acquisition support to the Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division NAWCAD Special Communications Requirements SCR Division. Roles and Responsibilities were the research and development of acquisition strategies and preparation of applicable procurement documentation, including request memoranda, Urgency statements, Information Technology waivers, Master Equipment Lists MEL , and procurement justifications within FAR regulations .
