  • Most recent project focus involved the 1 million upgrade to the 2015 Verint Impact 360 Recording System, which encompassed storage, database and telephony integration. This project was much larger in scope as it required integration of Verint data into the legacy systems in a compliant way. The Verint vendor did not design the product for easy integration, requiring the team to design multiple engineering solutions to ensure successful transfer of data.
  • Guaranteed the successful implementation of the EMC NS120 storage system by providing the Project Manager with a detailed analysis of technical issues that had to be overcome in order for the implementation to be successful. The primary issue was to resolve incompatibility of conventional backup system with EMC NS120 storage system. Spearheaded the design and engineering of a work-around solution.
