Responsibilities:

Confidential is a senior level delivery manager responsible for the successful delivery of technology and process deliverables around the Oracle Value Chain Planning suite of products.
They drive and manage transformation projects right from proposal stage through client go live.
Our Confidential work directly with our Sales team throughout the sales cycle and participate in preparing proposals, meetings with client on proposal discussions, setting up PoCs, conducting demos etc.
Confidential play a role of account anchors and manage relationships with multiple clients. They ensure that deliveries are smooth and the clients are delighted. Confidential typically have ownership of multiple (2 - 4) client engagements. Confidential manage and grow our Value Chain Planning practice. They mentor and manage a team on highly experienced VCP consultants reporting directly into them.
Leading and/or supporting RFP responses, sales activities, POC's and business decisions
Architecting the entire solution across the Value Chain Planning domain specifically focusing on Demand Planning area
High level scoping, phasing, solution design, resource estimation, ongoing requirements clarification, negotiation and scope management
Planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of Oracle’s Value Chain Planning applications
Providing solution alternatives and functional knowledge to client in developing processes that conform to consistent methodologies, standards and industry best practices
Overseeing project progress and participating in various phases to ensure successful project implementation
Mentoring and managing team members and participating in VCP Practice level activities to improve internal assets, practices and processes
Supporting recruitment process
Occasional design and configuration of Proof of Concept (POC) or demo
Leading and guiding the VCP team to develop solutions that conform to consistent methodologies, standards and industry best practices.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

At least 14 years of relevant experience working in Oracle VCP
Been through at least 8-10 complete end to end implementations of Oracle Value Chain Planning and have techno-functional background
Expert level understanding of these Oracle Demantra Demand Management and S&OP. Understanding of data analytics with experience in Nodal Tuning using AFDM or managing trade promotions and events using Oracle Demantra PTP, TPO and DSM is nice to have
Deep understanding of the Demand Planning domain, within manufacturing and distribution environments.
Deep technical expertise on Oracle VCP products as well as demonstrated thought leadership in formulating Demand Planning solutions across various industries.
A proven record for working in large teams in lead roles and delivering projects within budget and timelines
Rich experience of being involved in Pre-sales activities and POC cycles.
Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week
