- I have over 30 years of IT management as CIO and Vice President, IT/IS, PMO Director, strategic planning research analyst, and program/project manager delivering information research via web portals and contact centers. I have successfully managed over 50 projects ranging in team size from four to over 100, using structured management and development methodologies and frameworks including PMBoK, CMMI, and ISO. Much of my experience was managing and supporting healthcare and research projects with HIPAA requirements as a contractor for NIH, NCI, NLM, and CDC, and other Federal agencies such as DOJ, NIJ, HUD, ED, DOE, and FTC.

- Ensuring Program Success I initiated and implemented PMI's PMBoK within my company to facilitate successful program delivery, and built a project management office PMO to turn our project management strengths into a repeatable process from which we could learn. The result was the certification of over 20 new PMPs, a common discipline and language used across the company, processes used to ensure compliance, and more projects completed on time, and within scope and budget.
- IT Operations Management I led and managed IT operations for over 20 years. I have a passion for IT Service Delivery and Management, policy and procedure development, and governance, and have led teams with as many as 104 IT professionals with an annual capital, labor, and expense budget exceeding 25 million.
