In connection with the planned Spin-off, Phillip Morris initiated certain agreements with Confidential to define responsibility for obligations arising before the Spin-off, including among others, obligations relating to employees, certain transition (technology and others) services and taxes.
- As the Infrastructure project manager primary responsibilities included spearheading the strategic and tactical separation from the Altria owned shared Directory and messaging environment to a dedicated Kraft environment.
- Tactical separation required close coordination with different business and technology groups such as End Users, Manufacturing Lines of Business, Datacenter, Applications, Asset Management, Patching and Virus Protection, Desktop, Wan, Security, Support Services (Helpdesk, Provisioning, Security), etc…
